Bead Cage!

Finally got to bead cage.. above the people's park hawker center.
Bought alot of things in set. Eg. 1 set consist of - chains, jump rings, 9 pins long and short, T pins, earring hooks. So i bought one set of silver, bronze and black. Bought all the materials for my first project. Swaroski Black beads and small white beads. Promised my buddy to make a similar pair of earrings like mine , only that the beads are shiny black. Also bought a case to store beads , bead mat that stop beads from Running about and a bead plate.

Eat at the hawker center, eat zha jiang mian and fried jia xiang mian at this Tian Jing something stall. The power tripped at the stall many times and the hawker is trying his best to rectify the problem cos he can't really see what he is cooking!... The lights just went on and off.. To my amusement.. ahaha.. ( Yeah i am bad!)

After dinner, went to people's park complex, bought jewellary making and nail art book. Later we stopped by majastic theater.Was curious Cos we didnt haven been there before. It was quite late then about 8.30pm and most of the shops are closed. We found popular book shop at the topmost level. Hubby was sad that it only sell chinese books. I found another 2 books , one on beads jewellary and the other is Beads for small home projects. Interesting designs i though.. and it always come with a "Good" price tag.

Went home satisfied with my Buys! Tried doing my first earring piece.. Tried various ways of bending the pins into little connectors. Had a hard time assembling my first piece but manage anyway.. Did 1/2 of the earring.. It's too late to continue.. 1Am already Arghh..

Will definately do better for the other side of the earring after some experience.
