Dreadful Gout

Was on leave today. Went to do my madicure and padicure. When I was out, I realise that my feet is getting quite swollen. I have a problem with gout and my feet tends to swell if I eat soya products or too much red meat. Anyway I felt pain in the toes when i was doing my pedicure. I could feel the swell in my feet when i finish the session with beautiful lace print on my toes nails.

When i reach home after dinner, It turn out really bad and my joint is really swelling in pain. I couldn't really walk or move. Took some of my mum's gout medicine and went to bed.

Woke hubby up early in the morning and begged him to bring me to c some doctor in potong pasir. My father recommend him for glut treatment. I have seen him previously for my glut too. This doctor have very disorganised nurses. He has 4 and still they couldnt cope with the swamps of patients. They take too long to dispense medicine and they didnt priorities patients that came to c doctors and thoes that come to buy medicine. I was surprise that they are quite fast that day I got out of the clinic after 30 mins.

Went home and hubby went to pack me some lunch and went off to do his earrants again.
Being sick , I was angry when he came back 5 hours later and told me he had to go off again pretty soon. Was upset that he was not spending time with me when i was sick and needed a little TLC(Tender loving care). After crying off my anger we went for dinner at a place that is easily accessible without much walking.

He went off after dinner and I was home playing my computer games. My legs needed alot of rest and i try not to move too much. Went to bed early that day.
