The Gathering on Good Friday

Oh yes, I do know that Good Friday is a day that Jesus was crucified
on the cross and that Easter is the resurrection of Christ.

But to many of us, it is just a long weekend ahead . YEAH.
And we thank God for it ( I really Do)

Although I am not a Christian or a catholic, I do believe in Christ.
Okie enough of those religious staffs..

On the day before Good Friday, we gals, guys and animals
gather in my friends apartment for Mahjong!!

Before you start to think that we are some sort of gamblers
that gamble every weekend, you are wrong.
The last time that I gamble was during Chinese New Year.
So it is about 2 months ago..right?

okie.. so me , my husband and 2 of my kakies played mahjong from
11.30pm to 3.30am. We actually wanted to play thru the night but
we are meeting some friends for lunch the next day. And we still
have the next day to play. So we rested for the night

One of my friend tempted hubby with his favourite Ba Ku teh
for breakfast .. therefore we all need to wake up at 8 to go to this
Erm.. jurong .. some hawker center to eat Ba Ku Teh. Sorry
I truly forgot that place.. But I do remember it is near a swimming
pool..

We reached there about 9am. But to our dissappointment,
they have already ran out of the first Batch of Pork RIBS
Ba Ku Teh.. So my Hubby and my gal friend got to stick to
the "normal" Ba Ku.. But I think my Hubby is already quite
happy with it.

As i am on a strict diet, I could only watch and eat some yucky
Fish porriage. Anyway, I never liked Ba Ku Teh, I was more
interested in my friend's Wonton Mee!! Slurp :P~~~

There are some interesting SUN FLOWERS! yes.. sun flowers
are planted in the vicinity of the hawker center and i took a shot
of it using my handphone camera.

Okie my Hubby tabao some Tau Huay and we head back to
the apartment for an half hour mahjong before meeting our other
friends at the rail mall pizza place.. along the upper bukit timah road.

We ordered one of the 16inch Pizza to share and I ordered a pasta
to share with hubby. The pasta is very nice, but I think it is too rich
for me and i have problem digesting it later. The pizza is quite
fantastic. I recommend it.

Hubby was tired after the late night mahjong so he went home to
catch up on sleep after sending us back to the apartment. The
rest of us, went back for a brief song presentation of my new song
and later we started our mahjong game again.

Some of the gals are not interested in the game and watched VCDs
while we play. There is one particular vcd.. about some French
Choir boys that is very interesting. I am going to borrow that later.

One of my friend brought her baby ger and we have lots of fun playing
with her. She is such an angle. Bubbly and cute.

We ended our game at 7. And Hubby came to pick us up to go to
a Family Jap resturant . The prices are abit on the Higher end but
the food is nice. And my darling is a jap food lover. I am sure we
will be back there again!

We left for home after a good dinner.
